We are proud to own and open up this incredible herdsire for a limited number of breedings. Quixotic’s dam, Starry Night’s Quetzal, was purchased at the prestigious 2008 All American Alpaca Futurity. To say that this dam is impressive is an understatement. She was a gorgeous dark silver grey female with incredible fleece character and rare density. Beautiful Grey!

MFLA Rosanna

Huacaya Bred (Female) Medium Rose Grey

AOA# 35492207 DOB: 6/18/20194 yrs

The Grey is strong in the "R" line at Finger Lakes! (Fine, it's a horrible swing at Star Wars, moving on.). Rosalind is a mini-me of her mother Rosanna. Solidly grey on top and bottom, she has a very even unspotted fleece. If you look at her, she screams "grey" and even more so when you can peek at that pedigree. She color checked as brown in her first show and then got dinged for the white fibers (no kidding, she's grey). Her second shearing should make her phenotype even more apparent. She's young and is continuing to grow up. Given the stature of maternal line (and also her sire, Quixotic), she should be a proud and correct breeding female. Grey breeders, pay attention.
